This immersive live in person lash certification course is designed for brand new lash artists who are ready to start their career the right way with real education, real mentorship, and real business guidance. With 14 years of experience, building one of the leading international brands including salons, e-comm, classes and mentoring, our goal is to equip you with everything needed but mentor you afterwards to ensure success. 

This program goes far beyond just learning how to apply leashes. We walk you through every real life scenario you will face as a lash artist so you leave confident, prepared, and ready to take paying clients. A live model demo will take place during the training. 

What You Will Learn

You will start with a strong foundation in lash theory including natural lash health, lash growth cycles, eye shapes, styling, mapping, weights, diameters, curls, and lengths. You will learn how to properly isolate lashes, prevent damage, and create sets that are both safe and long lasting. We cover professional setup, sanitation standards, state board requirements and proper workflow so you know how to operate like a real business from day one. You will learn how to work with adhesives, understand reactions, improve retention, and troubleshoot common issues.

Hands on training includes classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume techniques. You will practice fan making, placement, symmetry, speed, fills, removals, and corrections.

You will also receive business and career training covering pricing, policies, consultations, client retention, branding, and social media basics so you understand not just how to lash, but how to make money doing it.

Power Hour with Shauna

You will have an exclusive mentorship session with Shauna covering all things lashes and business. This includes real world scenarios, branding guidance, marketing strategy, and an open Q and A. This is your chance to get direct guidance from someone who has built and scaled real beauty brands.

Full Professional Lash Kit Included

You will receive a complete starter kit so you can begin taking clients immediately. The kit includes four mixed lash trays, four professional adhesives, 4 tweezers, a remover, a primer, a bonder, 100 under eyepads, mascara wands, lip wands, three professional tapes, a digital PDF manual, a client waiver template, and marketing materials.

 Schedule and Class Format

 This course is structured as a three day in person training. Depending on class size, it may be completed in one to two full days or offered as a private one on one session completed in two days. Pricing remains the same regardless of format, as the full curriculum, kit, certification, mentorship, and business training are included in every option.

Important Policies

 A $250 non refundable deposit is required at sign up to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of class or the day of. Due to the limited availability, preparation costs, and kit allocation, all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
