Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
If you change your mind about a product, you may return it in its original packaging at your own expense. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. We will provide a prepaid return label so you can send it back at no additional cost.
For defective UV products and furniture, we may request photo or video proof to help us assess the issue and process your return or replacement as quickly as possible.
